We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc.

We also collect information generated through your use of the Service, including campaign content you create, client profiles you configure, social media post data, API credentials you provide (such as CRM tokens and AI API keys), and usage metrics such as image generation counts and scheduling activity.

When you visit our platform, we automatically collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve platform performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe

Local Post Pilot integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data practices:

Agency plan subscribers who provide their own API keys interact directly with these services under their own accounts. We do not store or log the content of API responses beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

Your data is stored in a secured cloud database and object storage system. API credentials you provide (CRM tokens, AI API keys) are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data and campaign content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights may include:
