Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use by CRM agency operators and marketing professionals.

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Local Post Pilot is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in your account settings.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to a free trial or deactivated.

In cases of documented billing errors or duplicate charges, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your request.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, publish, or schedule content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (including your CRM provider, social media platforms, or AI providers)
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without express written permission from AI Strategy Partners LLC
• Use the Service to generate spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service, including business information, client data, and campaign briefs ("Input Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input Content solely to deliver the Service to you.

AI-generated content produced by the Service ("Output Content") is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing Output Content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and your clients' brand guidelines. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of Output Content for any particular purpose.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including CRM providers, AI generation services, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. If a third-party service changes its API, pricing, or terms in a way that affects the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.

Agency plan subscribers may provide their own API keys for AI generation services. By doing so, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all costs, usage, and compliance associated with those API accounts. We do not monitor or control your usage of third-party APIs accessed through your own keys.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive property of AI Strategy Partners LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Strategy Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Strategy Partners LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
